Intellect Design Arena appoints secretarial auditor, approves director reappointment

Intellect Design Arena (BSE: INTELLECT) has announced the appointment of M/s. B Ravi & Associates as its new secretarial auditor for a five-year term commencing April 1, 2025, subject to shareholder approval. The appointment, made during the Board of Directors meeting on April 9 and 10, 2025, comes as the tenure of the previous auditors, also M/s. B. Ravi & Associates, concluded on March 31, 2025. In addition, the Board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Abhay Anant Gupte (DIN - 00389288) as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, pending shareholder approval via postal ballot, as well as amendments to the Associate Stock Option Plan (“ASOP 2011”). This announcement is pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI regulations. The board meeting commenced at 10:00 A.M on April 09, 2025 and concluded at 02:30 P.M. on April 10, 2025.
