Arfin India appoints Rucheeta Nahata as independent director

Arfin India Limited (BSE: ARFIN) announced the appointment of Mrs. Rucheeta Nahata (DIN: 11020772) as an Additional Independent Director to its board on April 10, 2025. The appointment, following the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, will last until the next general meeting or shareholder approval within three months. The company plans to seek shareholder approval for a full five-year term, running until April 10, 2030. Additionally, the board has appointed M/s. Kamlesh M. Shah & Co. as Scrutinizer for a postal ballot and changed the composition of board committees, effective April 10, 2025.
