Sanofi India's managing director steps down, transitions to non-executive role

Sanofi India (BSE:SANOFI) announced today that Mr. Rodolfo Hrosz will step down from his position as Managing Director on April 30, 2025. Hrosz’s resignation comes as he transitions to another role within the broader Sanofi organization. The Board of Directors has accepted his resignation and expressed appreciation for his contributions during his tenure. Upon his departure as Managing Director, Hrosz will also cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel, Senior Management Personnel, and member of the Board Committees.
