Sobha FY25 sales reach INR 62.77 bn, upbeat outlook

Sobha Limited announced its operational update for Q4 FY25 and the full fiscal year, revealing total sales of INR 62.77 billion on a sold area of 4.68 million square feet. Bangalore led sales, contributing 58%, while Gurgaon recorded its highest-ever annual sales. The average price realization rose to INR 13,412 per square foot. Sobha launched two new projects in Q4 FY25: SOBHA Madison Heights and SOBHA Hamptons within SOBHA Town Park, and Chartered Birdsong, a plotted development project. The company remains optimistic amid stable Indian economic fundamentals and robust demand for residential and office spaces.
