PNB Housing Finance: Anujai Saxena resigns, Valli Sekar expands role

PNB Housing Finance (BSE: PNBHOUSING) announced the resignation of Mr. Anujai Saxena, Business Head of its Affordable Business unit, effective May 19, 2025. According to the company's statement, Mr. Saxena is leaving to pursue opportunities outside of the organization. In response, Ms. Valli Sekar, the current Chief Sales and Collections Officer (Affordable Business), will expand her responsibilities to include product portfolio management, effective May 20, 2025. Ms. Sekar, who joined PNB Housing Finance in June 2022, brings over 25 years of experience in financial services, including more than 10 years in the affordable housing finance sector. The company has complied with Regulation 30 of the LODR and relevant SEBI circulars in making this announcement.
