Narayana Hrudayalaya clarifies on Aarogyam health checkups initiative

Narayana Hrudayalaya (BSE:NH) addressed recent news regarding its "Aarogyam" health checkup initiative, clarifying that it is a preventive health screening program tailored for working professionals. In a regulatory filing dated April 8, 2025, the company confirmed the initiative is already operative and was highlighted during the World Health Day celebration on April 7, 2025. Narayana Hrudayalaya stated that this initiative does not constitute a material event at this stage. The clarification was issued pursuant to Regulation 30(11) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
