Motherson incorporates new wholly owned subsidiary in Dubai

Samvardhana Motherson International Limited (MOTHERSON) announced the incorporation of a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Samvardhana Motherson Global Operation FZCO (SMGOF), under its subsidiary MSSL Mideast FZE. The new entity is located within the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority, United Arab Emirates. SMGOF will provide business consultancy and continuity services to its group companies. This incorporation aligns with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The incorporation date is April 8, 2025, and MSSL Mideast FZE holds 100% of the share capital.
