AIA Engineering appoints Amar Patil as vice president

AIA Engineering has announced the appointment of Mr. Amar Patil as Vice President (Manufacturing-Overseas), effective April 3, 2025. The appointment follows the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and has been approved by the Board of Directors. According to the company, the decision was driven by its ambitious growth plans and the desire to have a senior dedicated person with relevant experience in the manufacturing field. Mr. Patil brings over 30 years of experience in manufacturing, plant maintenance, quality control, and project management, having previously held leadership positions at Mahindra and Mahindra and Bhagwati Group. The company clarified that Mr. Patil is not related to any Director of the Company. This announcement is in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
