Synergy Green Industries director Shishir Shirgaokar resigns

Synergy Green Industries has announced the resignation of Director Shishir S. Shirgaokar from its Board, effective April 1, 2025. According to the company's filing with the BSE, Mr. Shirgaokar is stepping down due to old age. The company also noted that Mr. Shirgaokar has requested the appointment of his son, Niraj S. Shirgaokar, in his place. The company confirmed that no other material reasons exist for the resignation beyond those stated in Mr. Shirgaokar's resignation letter. Synergy Green Industries has provided details required under SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, Schedule III, Part A, Para 7C, in an annexure to the exchange. Mr. Shirgaokar is also a Director of The Ugar Sugar Works Limited.
