Bajaj Finserv board to consider financial results, dividend

Bajaj Finserv has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on April 29, 2025, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The board will also consider recommending a dividend on equity shares, if any, for the same period. The company has also announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in the company's securities for designated persons and their immediate relatives/dependents from April 1, 2025, until May 1, 2025, in accordance with SEBI regulations and the company's Code of Conduct.
