Affle India approves name change, new independent directors

Affle (India) [BSE:AFFLE] has announced key outcomes from its Extra-ordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on April 5, 2025, signaling a new phase of growth and governance. Shareholders approved a change of the company's name from Affle (India) Limited to Affle 3i Limited, with corresponding alterations to the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association.
