NMDC appoints Priyadarshini Gaddam as director (finance)

State-owned mining company NMDC Limited (BSE:NMDC) has announced that Smt. Priyadarshini Gaddam, already serving as Director (Personnel), will assume the additional charge of Director (Finance). This appointment, communicated by the Ministry of Steel, Government of India, is effective from March 6, 2025, and will continue for an initial period of three months or until further orders. The announcement was made on April 4, 2025, and complies with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. NMDC has notified the National Stock Exchange of India (Scrip Code: NMDC) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (Scrip Code: 526371).
