Coforge completes acquisition of Rythmos Inc.

Coforge (BSE:COFORGE) announced today the completion of its acquisition of Rythmos Inc., as initially outlined in a prior announcement on March 5, 2025. Coforge Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary, finalized the stock purchase agreement to acquire all outstanding shares of Rythmos Inc. from its stockholders. This acquisition will give Coforge Inc. control of Rythmos Inc. This acquisition follows all applicable regulations, including SEBI regulations.
