Bayer CropScience approves director appointments via postal ballot

Bayer CropScience Limited [BSE: BAYERCROP] announced the successful passage of resolutions relating to director appointments via postal ballot, as per Regulation 47 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015. The company obtained shareholder approval for the appointment of Mr. Vinit Rajesh Jindal as a Director and as a Whole-time Director designated as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer. Additionally, Ms. Jana Marlen Ackermann's appointment as a Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director was also approved. The resolutions were published in the Financial Express in English and Loksatta in Marathi on April 4, 2025. Voting results show overwhelming support, with 96.9611% and 97.0636% of votes in favor for Mr. Jindal’s respective appointments, and 99.6630% approval for Ms. Ackermann.
