Hindustan Copper appoints Mritunjay Kumar Dev as company secretary

Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) announced that Shri Mritunjay Kumar Dev, previously Senior Manager (Company Secretary), has assumed the role of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. This appointment is effective April 3, 2025, succeeding Shri C S Singhi, who completed his tenure on April 2, 2025. The announcement, made to the BSE (Scrip Code: 513599) and NSE (Symbol: HINDCOPPER) adheres to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Mr. Dev has been with Hindustan Copper since December 2015 and also serves as Company Secretary of Chhattisgarh Copper Ltd. He has approximately 16 years of experience in company law and corporate governance.
