Anil Kumar Tulsiani ceases to be SAIL board member

Steel Authority of India (SAIL:BSE) announced that Shri Anil Kumar Tulsiani, Director (Finance), has ceased to be a member of the SAIL Board, following his superannuation. The change is effective from March 31, 2025. This announcement complies with the requirements of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015. The company has notified the Bombay Stock Exchange through BSE Listing Centre and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. through NEAPS.
