Triveni Turbine: Promoter transfers shares to son via gift

Triveni Turbine Limited [BSE:533655] has announced that promoter Nikhil Sawhney has transferred 1,000,000 equity shares to his son, Zahan Nikhil Sawhney (Minor), by way of a gift. The transfer, representing 0.31% of the company's share capital, was conducted as an inter-se transfer amongst immediate relatives, as per Regulation 10(1)(a)(i) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. Following the transaction, the aggregate shareholding of the Promoters/Promoter Group remains unchanged. The transaction is expected to occur on or after March 17, 2025. Each share has a face value of INR1. The disclosure was made under Regulation 10(5) of the SEBI regulations.
