Jindal Stainless: Savitri Devi Jindal acquires shares via gift

Savitri Devi Jindal has reported an acquisition of 2,51,90,330 equity shares in Jindal Stainless Limited (BSE:JSL) through a gift, as disclosed under Regulation 10(6) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The acquisition occurred on March 28, 2025, and was facilitated by an inter-se transfer from existing promoter group members Smt. Deepika Jindal (1,31,794 shares) and Sh. Abhyuday Jindal (2,50,58,536 shares). Following the transaction, Savitri Devi Jindal's holding in Jindal Stainless has increased to 2,54,51,621 shares, representing 3.090% of the total share capital. The disclosure, initially made on March 21, 2025 under Regulation 10(5), confirms the acquisition, which did not trigger an open offer due to it being an inter-promoter transfer.
