Coal India: Executive director Sharma relinquishes charge

Coal India Limited (BSE: COALINDIA) announced today that Shri P.D. Sharma has relinquished his role as Executive Director (Materials & Contracts), effective April 1, 2025, upon attaining the age of superannuation. This disclosure is in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.
