Apollo Tyres appoints Rajeev Kumar Sinha as CMO

Apollo Tyres (BSE:APOLLOTYRE) has appointed Rajeev Kumar Sinha as its new Chief Manufacturing Officer (CMO), effective April 2, 2025. The decision was based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board of Directors through a circular resolution. Sinha brings over 35 years of experience across diverse industries, including previous roles at Cipla, Glenmark, and PepsiCo. Consequent to Sinha's appointment, the reporting structure of Unit Heads of Plants in India will change; they will no longer be part of the senior management team as defined under SEBI regulations, but will report directly to the CMO. This change also takes effect on April 2, 2025.
