Pidilite Industries appoints Bharat Puri as additional director

Pidilite Industries (BSE: 500331; NSE: PIDILITIND) announced today the appointment of Mr. Bharat Puri (DIN: 02173566) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Non-Independent), based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The appointment, effective from April 10, 2025, is for a term of three years, concluding on April 9, 2028, and is subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Puri is not related to any Director or Key Managerial Personnel of the Company and is not debarred from holding the position due to any order from MCA, SEBI, or other statutory authority. He has been the Managing Director of Pidilite Industries Limited since April 2015, having first joined the Board of Pidilite Industries Limited as an Independent Director in 2008.
