Kansai Nerolac appoints Pravin Chaudhari as managing director

Kansai Nerolac Paints (BSE: KANSAINER) has announced a change in its key managerial personnel, effective April 1, 2025. Pravin D. Chaudhari has been appointed as the new Managing Director for a three-year term, subject to shareholder approval. This follows the early retirement of Anuj Jain from the position and from the Board of Directors, which took effect at the close of business on March 31, 2025. The company has also updated its list of Board of Directors, which includes Bhaskar Bhat as Chairman, H. Nishibayashi and Sonia Singh as Non-Executive Directors, Takashi Tomioka as Non-Executive Director, Hirokazu Kotera as Executive Director, and Uday S. Bhansali as Non-Executive Director. The key managerial personnel now include Pravin D. Chaudhari, P. D. Pai (Chief Financial Officer), and G. T. Govindarajan (Company Secretary).
