IRCTC announces senior management change: Sunil Kumar to retire

Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has officially announced a change in its senior management. According to a regulatory filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE: IRCTC), Shri Sunil Kumar, who currently holds the position of Group General Manager (MCS), will be retiring on April 1, 2025. The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
