Cummins India's CSSPL ceases to be wholly owned subsidiary

Cummins India (BSE: 500480, NSE: CUMMINSIND) announced today that Cummins Sales & Service Private Limited (CSSPL) is no longer a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The decision follows the fulfillment of closing conditions related to the Share Purchase Agreement dated February 7, 2025, with PAL SVAM Power Solutions Private Limited, to whom the 100% equity shares of CSSPL have been transferred. The cessation became effective April 1, 2025. The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
