UCO Bank closes QIP, allots shares to institutional buyers

** UCO Bank (BSE:532505) has announced the closure of its Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) issue, effective March 27, 2025. The Capital Raising Committee of the Board approved the allotment of 583,600,803 equity shares to eligible qualified institutional buyers at a price of INR 34.27 per share, resulting in a total capital raise of approximately INR 199,999,995,18.81.
