Tau Investment increases stake in J.B. Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals

Tau Investment Holdings Pte. Ltd., along with Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) Tau Holdco Pte. Ltd. and KKR Asia III Fund Investments Pte. Ltd., has acquired 89,83,145 equity shares of J.B. Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Limited (BSE:JBCHEPHARM) via on-market sale. The acquisition, dated March 27, 2025, increased their stake from 53.66% to 47.88%, equivalent to 744,81,519 shares, of the total voting capital. The equity share capital/total voting capital of J.B. Chemicals remains unchanged at 15,55,48,728 equity shares as per the shareholding pattern for the quarter ended December 31, 2024. The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
