Newgen Software wins contracts in US, Singapore, and India

Newgen Software Technologies (BSE:NEWGEN) has announced a series of significant contract wins across its global operations. The company has secured an award letter from a customer for Enterprise Content Management Solution with an aggregate value of USD 1,285,074. Further expanding its reach, Newgen Software Inc. (NSI), its US-based subsidiary, has executed an agreement valued at USD 1,385,000. In Singapore, Newgen Software Technologies Pte. Ltd. has secured an agreement worth SGD 1,588,910. Domestically, the company has received a purchase order valued at INR 35,30,97,005 for implementing a Centralized Trade Finance solution. These international and domestic agreements are expected to be executed within the next three to five years. Newgen has confirmed that these transactions do not fall under related-party transaction definitions.
