Newgen Software Inc. secures USD 1.27m customer agreement

Newgen Software Technologies (BSE:NEWGEN) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Newgen Software Inc. (NSI), secured a customer agreement valued at USD 1,270,000. The agreement, awarded to the international entity, is expected to be executed over a three-year period. The company has confirmed that the promoter/promoter group has no interest in the entity that awarded the contract. This transaction is confirmed not to fall under the definition of a related party transaction as per the Companies Act, 2013. The company disclosed this material event under Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015. The event took place on March 31, 2025, at 10:14 A.M.(IST).
