Natco Pharma: Sanjay Nannapaneni increases stake via inheritance

Natco Pharma announced today that Sanjay Nannapaneni, a member of the promoter group, has acquired 286,910 equity shares through inheritance, increasing his total holding to 326,910 shares. The shares, valued at INR2 each, were transmitted as per a registered will deed via an off-market transaction on March 26, 2025. This transmission represents 0.16% of the total equity and dilutive capital, respectively. Following the transaction, Nannapaneni's stake in Natco Pharma now constitutes 0.18% of the total share/voting capital. The company has duly informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India, where Natco Pharma is listed, in compliance with SEBI regulations.
