MRPL appoints Devendra Kumar as director of finance

Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) announced the appointment of Devendra Kumar as Director of Finance and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective March 25, 2025. The appointment follows approval from the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MoP&NG), Government of India. Kumar, with DIN: 11000531, brings over 34 years of experience in finance and accounts, including 15 years with ONGC Videsh Ltd., to MRPL.
