HDFC Life board to consider FY26 results, dividend

HDFC Life Insurance Company Limited [BSE:HDFCLIFE] has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, April 17, 2025, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2025. The board will also discuss the recommendation of a final dividend, if any, for the financial year ending on the same date. Further, the formulation of an Employee Stock Option Scheme, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting, will be on the agenda. In accordance with insider trading regulations, the trading window for company securities will remain closed from April 1, 2025, to April 19, 2025, inclusive, for promoters, designated employees, directors, and their immediate relatives.
