Divi's Labs: G. Bala Kishore to retire March 31

Divi's Laboratories (BSE: 532488) announced the retirement of Mr. G. Bala Kishore, General Manager (EHS), from the company, effective at the close of business hours on March 31, 2025. This cessation of a senior management personnel role is in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company confirmed that the information relating to this change is as per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 and has been disclosed in Annexure I.
