BLS International delays acquisition of Beijing Biaoshi Consulting

BLS International Services (BSE:BLS) announced a delay in the completion of its acquisition of Beijing Biaoshi Enterprise Consulting Co. Ltd., a company incorporated under the law of China. Originally expected to be finalized by March 31, 2025, the acquisition is now projected to be completed by June 30, 2025. The delay is attributed to pending approval from the Administration for Market Regulation in China. The company stated that the acquisition remains subject to necessary approvals and conditions. The initial announcement regarding the intention to acquire the Beijing-based consulting firm was made on November 26, 2024, through a corporate announcement informing of the step down subsidiary's planned acquisition.
