** Aster DM Healthcare (BSE: ASTERDM) reported a violation of its internal Code of Conduct under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The incident involved a contra trade executed by a designated person, Mr. P Divakar Reddy, who purchased and sold 30 shares of the company within six months, on March 6 and March 10, 2025. The company's audit committee directed action, including issuing a warning letter. The company has remitted a notional profit of INR 405, arising from the said trade, to the Investor Protection and Education Fund.
