Asahi India Glass announces director resignation and tenure completion

Asahi India Glass (AIS) has announced the resignation of Dr. Satoshi Ishizuka from his position as Non-Executive Director, effective at the close of business hours on March 31, 2025. According to the company's filing, Dr. Ishizuka is returning to Japan on a permanent basis. AIS has confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation beyond those stated in his resignation letter. Concurrently, AIS announced that Ms. Shradha Suri has completed her second five-year term as an Independent Director, also effective March 31, 2025. Therefore, Ms. Suri consequently ceased to be a Director of the Company on the same date. The company affirmed that these actions comply with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
