Anant Raj board meeting set for April 21, 2025

Anant Raj Limited (BSE: ANANTRAJ) has announced a board meeting scheduled for April 21, 2025, to consider and approve the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2025. The board will also deliberate on a proposal for a final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. In compliance with the company's code for prevention of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will remain closed from April 1, 2025, until 48 hours after the declaration of the aforementioned audited financial results.
