Amara Raja Energy & Mobility (BSE:ARE&M) announced that its Board of Directors will meet on May 29, 2025, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. The announcement, filed with the BSE, also states that the board will consider recommending a final dividend, if any. Further, in compliance with SEBI's insider trading regulations, Amara Raja Energy & Mobility has declared a trading window closure for dealing in the company's securities from April 1, 2025, to May 31, 2025.
