Zeal Aqua announces trading window closure starting April 1st

Zeal Aqua Limited (BSE:ZEAL) has notified the BSE that its trading window will be closed for all directors, officers, designated employees, and their immediate relatives starting April 1, 2025. This closure is in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading by insiders and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the company's audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The company will communicate the date of the board meeting for consideration of the audited financial results in due course.
