Reliance invests in REC Sustainable Energy Solutions

Reliance Industries (BSE: 500325) announced today an investment in REC Sustainable Energy Solutions Pte. Ltd. The investment, amounting to Rs 86,21,750 (equivalent to USD 100,000), represents an initial subscription of 100,000 ordinary shares priced at USD 1 each. This investment was executed around 12:44 p.m. (IST). The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India's (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
