Polycab India appoints Rakesh Rajput as president, B2B sales

Polycab India (BSE: 542652) has announced the appointment of Rakesh Rajput as President & Head - B2B Sales (North and East) of the company. The appointment is effective as of March 25, 2025. Mr. Rajput, aged 55, holds a Bachelor of Technology (Electrical) from Regional Engineering College, Kurukshetra, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from IGNOU, New Delhi. He previously served as Executive Vice President (Sales & Marketing) - BU Head Cables at Havells India Limited. With over 33 years of experience in the electrical engineering sector, Mr. Rajput brings a strong track record of leadership and achievements to Polycab India. The company has disclosed the appointment in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
