Muthoot Finance to settle $250m senior secured notes

Muthoot Finance (MUTHOOTFIN) announced today the upcoming settlement of U.S.$250 million 6.375% Senior Secured Notes due in 2029. The company plans to consolidate these notes to form a single series with the existing U.S.$400 million 6.375% Senior Secured Notes due 2029 under its USD 2 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme. The decision, approved by the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors on March 26, 2025, allows for the issuance, settlement and allotment of the notes. These notes will comply with Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 and applicable Indian regulations. The company will list the Notes on the NSE IFSC Limited.
