MRPL reappoints four independent directors to its board

Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) has reappointed Shri Rajkumar Sharma (DIN: 01681944), Shri Manohar Singh Verma (DIN: 09393215), Shri Pankaj Gupta (DIN: 09393633), and Smt. Nivedida Subramanian (DIN: 08646502) as Independent Directors on its board. Effective March 28, 2025, the reappointments follow approval from the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas. The terms will last one year or until further notice, whichever is earlier.
