Mphasis board to review financials, dividend on April 24

Mphasis Limited (BSE:MPHASIS) announced that its Board of Directors will meet on April 24, 2025, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. During the meeting, the board will also deliberate on recommending a final dividend, if any, for the same fiscal year. The announcement was made to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) in compliance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
