Motherson completes Atsumitec acquisition, schedules investor meeting

Samvardhana Motherson International Limited (MOTHERSON) has announced the completion of its acquisition of Atsumitec Co., Ltd (‘ATC’) through its subsidiary, Samvardhana Motherson Automotive Systems Group B.V (“SMRP B.V.”). The final shareholding structure of ATC is now 95% Motherson Global and 5% Honda Motor after the completion of the share buy back of shareholding of Honda Motor Co., Ltd. Additionally, Motherson Global has finalized its acquisition of a 49% stake in PT. Atsumitec Indonesia ('AIN') from a subsidiary of Honda Motor.
