Kotak Mahindra Bank grants employee stock options, pays bond interest

Kotak Mahindra Bank (BSE: KOTAKBANK) has announced the grant of 46,340 employee stock options under its Kotak Mahindra Equity Option Scheme 2023, Series 6. The grant date was March 27, 2025, with options vesting in four tranches of 25% each on March 31, 2026, May 31, 2026, May 31, 2027, and May 31, 2028, respectively. Each option entitles the grantee to one equity share with a face value of Rs. 5, subject to the scheme's provisions.
