Kalpana Singhania disposes of J.K. Cement shares

In a regulatory filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange, Kalpana Singhania disclosed the sale of 10,000 shares of J.K. Cement (BSE:JKCEMENT) on March 28, 2025. The transaction reduces her shareholding from 347,425 shares (0.45%) to 337,425 shares (0.43%). The shares were sold on the open market for approximately ₹49.7 million. J.K. Cement's equity share capital remains at ₹772.6 million after the transaction.
