JSW Energy completes acquisition of O2 Power entities

JSW Energy announced today, March 25, 2025, the completion of its acquisition of O2 Power Midco Holdings Pte. Limited and O2 Energy SG Pte. Limited through its subsidiary, JSW Neo Energy Limited. The acquisition follows the fulfillment of precedent conditions, including approval from the Competition Commission of India (CCI). The company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), where it is listed under the codes 533148 and JSWENERGY-EQ, respectively, that the transaction is now unconditional. JSW Energy stated that the involved parties are progressing to finalize the deal imminently, in accordance with the definitive agreements.
