Hindustan Unilever appoints Rajneet Kohli to lead foods

Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL: HINDUNILVR) announced the appointment of Mr. Rajneet Kohli as Executive Director, Foods, and General Manager, India – Foods Business Unit. He will also serve as a Member of the Management Committee, effective April 7, 2025. Mr. Kohli succeeds Mr. Shiva Krishnamurthy, who is leaving to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Kohli brings over 28 years of experience in the consumer goods and retail sectors, previously serving as CEO and Executive Director at Britannia. He also held leadership positions at Jubilant Foodworks and The Coca-Cola Company. CEO Rohit Jawa thanked Shiva Krishnamurthy for his contributions and expressed confidence in Kohli's ability to drive growth. The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
