HDFC AMC board to consider dividend and financial results

HDFC Asset Management Company (HDFCAMC) has announced a board meeting scheduled for April 17, 2025, to review and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2025. The board will also consider recommending a dividend, if any, for the financial year ending on the same date. In accordance with listing regulations, the outcome of the board meeting, along with auditor's reports, will be submitted to the stock exchanges. HDFCAMC also announced a trading window closure for company shares, effective from April 1, 2025, until April 19, 2025, for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. The company reminded stakeholders that this closure is governed by the "AMC Share Dealing Code" and SEBI regulations on insider trading.
