GSK Pharma appoints two independent directors

GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals (GSK) announced the appointment of Somasundaram Palamadairamaswamy (DIN: 00356363) and Anup Wadhawan (DIN:03565167) as independent directors, effective March 26, 2025. Their appointment is for a first term of five consecutive years, not liable to retirement by rotation, and subject to member approval. Palamadairamaswamy brings over 32 years of experience across diverse industries, while Wadhawan served over 36 years in the Indian Administrative Service. At the same time, Damodarannair Sundaram and Anami Narayan Prema Roy will retire as Independent Directors on March 29, 2025, upon completing their second terms. The board expressed its gratitude for their service.
